  5. Running will help you slim down as a whole but it will likely not help your flatten your stomach muscles. That would require focused stomach exercises such as crunches.

  15. Chances are at 13 you have much testosterone to build that much muscle. But go on google and search for "at home abdominal workouts" and do the workouts everyday
