    I’ve really been considering this lately because I never feel like I’ve trained enough in my once a day sessions. I’m so glad you posted a video about this because it really is overlooked. And I’ve got nothing except for time, so the idea is definitely appealing. I’ll probably try the split day soon.

    People who can’t do two sessions should try not training to failure . Pick a weight you can do ten reps with easily and do 4 sets . If you compare this with a weight that you can do only 10 reps with ,,, after your first set you will get 8 then 6 then 5 reps ! Therefore you will do greater volume and have more time under tension not going to failure . This is not how I train but I know it works and just wanted to help some people out !!!

    Im an intermediate trainer, I’VE BEEN THINKING ON DOING SHOULDERS IN THE MORNING WITH MY WEIGHTS AT HOME THEN CHEWT AND TRICEPS AT THE GYM LATE NIGHT….. WHAT DO YOU THINK CHEFF???

    Hey Omar, what about applying this on my Push Day ? As in morning I’ll do chest pushing exercises and then afternoon i’ll do shoulders. This is because, if i do chest first, i will not get an effective shoulder push in one same session and vise versa

    i squat monday, wednesday, friday, saturday, in the morning/afternoon then later on at night in the 2nd sessions would do olympic lifts and also general strength work ie bench press etc. i have dropped a couple kilos bodyweight and my work capacity has actually increased, i will eventually start training every day. also the other day i was supposed to bench a weight for 3 reps but only got 2, went home and ate loads then tried it again later that day and made the 3 reps much easier.

    I used to in high-school. Except it was different forms of training. I would weight train then go to wrestling practice. I was getting big as hell. I was only 5’6 with 16 1/4 inch arms at 12% bf. It definitely is beneficial I’d do it again if I could. But gas is way to expensive.

  17. I have a question, I went to gym today to do chest and my first workout as usuall i did dumbells bench press. i usually do 95lbs dumbells and today i picked up 95s but i couldn’t do it. I droped one of the dumbell on my chest lol i tried again and couldnt do it so i did 75s why did this happen lol i felt weak throughout my workout

    Had a week off uni work and used it to smash out two sessions a day every day.
    Split = legs, chest, back, shoulders. It ran am legs, pm chest, next day am back, pm shoulders repeat
    By the end of the week I wasnt completely ruined however I did feel physically tired. This was with 10 hours sleep and good nutrition
    I did notice a big drop in body fat and got a couple of comments that I looked bigger
    If you can afford the time and effort to do it properly I recommend it once in a very long while!

    fitness model Sadik Hadzovic trains twice a day. Of course he’s fucking ripped so there you go. He was the only person I have heard of who does that, but I’m glad to have found a video on this topic because I was wondering if this is a good idea.
