For more health & fitness visit us at inspirehappy.com Total Body Circuit Do 2-3x for time or reps 1. weighted squats – 15-20 reps or 1 minutes 2. plank pushups – 10 reps each side or 30 seconds each side 3. split stance single arm rows – 12-15 reps each side or 30 seconds each No rest between exercise or less than 15 secs REST 1 min between each circuit set
