This is the workout that will get you them Boulder Shoulders! Follow the advice and try out this exercise to get some really massive and well rounded out delts!     Hey bro, how long do you rest between sets? Whats the rule behind it? My goal is size. I’m unable to maintain my reps when i take 60-90 second rests, but when i wait 2-3mins im able to get most, if not all of my strength back.
