Well I am nonetheless here and my head nonetheless feels a bit hazy and I never generally have had that happen to me. I’ll be aware of it and if it keeps going possibly I’ll stop or check with a physician. The other thing is I can’t think just how much food I am consuming but I appear to usually feel hungry. My wife and son stated that it may go away in about per week. Yesterday I consumed 2647 calories, 13 carbs and 179 fat grams and I weighed in at 221.4, so I lost two lbs again for a total weight-loss of 6.6 lbs. Once again I understand that this is just the beginning and these sorts of outcomes will not continue. But so far I’m quite pleased with the results. Whenever I get hungry on this low carb diet plan I just eat some much more food, the most significant issue is there is not a lot of a range. Pretty much just a lot just meat, cheese, lettuce and salad dressing.
