T Fitness: Compound Lift

Exercise : Compound lift. 1. Start in upright position. 2. Place weight just behind feet. 3. Grab Dumbell with both hands, one in front of the other, resting against one plate for stability. 4. now lift the weight with fluid movement, and raise weight above head. 5. Slowly lower weight behind head to work the triceps, and then lift back up over head. 6. now lower the weight gently back to the lowe
