Yet another compund lift exercise, this time focusing on the shoulders. 1. Place two dumbells next to your feet, and grab each whilst bending over. 2. Lift the weights until body is vertical. 3. Lift weight in a hammer curl motion, and then rotate 90 and carry out a soulder press. 4. lower the weights with fluid motion back to the ground following the same path you used to lift.
