    Im so sad Ι have a fitness machine at home,which ilove,but unfortunately when you work until late in the evening without any break you dont have the strength nor the courage to exercise.I try soo hard sometimes and i finally do it once a week for half an hour…:(

    Hey Cassandra! Loved this video! I was wondering (with summer coming up) what kind of makeup is good for a pool party? I never leave the house without makeup because of my acne/scarring.     Make sure you enjoy exercise! Sometimes I don’t really enjoy exercising or I don’t feel like it, but I LOVE the feeling when your done!! I love how your muscles are aching, but it’s okay because they’re relaxing. I live the slightly cold shower I have after to cool myself down.. I always bare these feelings in mind while exercising :)

    i dont really think it’s fair of you to say that we shouldnt reward ourself with food. one piece of cake every once in a while will NOT ruin your diet and exercise regime, it actually helps to teach us portion control and in the long run will not make you binge because you’ve been depriving yourself for so long. being healthy is not always about losing weight, and with being active and healthy you should be alllowed to enjoy good food from time to time.

    Drink a glass of water before you eat. Sometimes we confuse hunger with thirst, plus water fills you up so you eat less :)

    Your videos are really informative. And I’ve been trying to diet but I’m not sure what fruits are the healthiest. I dont want to be eating a certain type of fruit just to realize it was not the healthiest. Maybe you should make a video about healthy fruits and snack to lose weight!

    You’re such an inspiration Cassandra. Thank you for these tips. I’m down 22 lbs. since March. Some days, I’m so hungry I want that greasy fast food. I just have to remind myself that I don’t want to gain it all back like I’ve done in the past. It’s really hard, because I have no friends here for support.
