Pepper Beef Tenderloin Ingredients:

1 pound οf beef tenderloin

tablespoon οf minced garlic

2 tablespoons minced shallots

tablespoon οf fresh minced rosemary

1 teaspoon οf salt

1 tablespoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon orange zest

2 tablespoons olive oil

cup pearl onions
