    I know it may sound stupid but having a staring face with bug eyes on your back or the chinese pa kua symbol usually off puts the back starers and protects the warer also my favorite is the runic symbol for protection on your back just like the symbol on most priests cassocks.Sounds silly but try at least one for yourself it empowers you..

    Final thought, ladies-the scale is not your best indicator of physical fitness. Take measurements regularly; muscle is much denser than fat!

    there are just this of the body that just refuse to co-operate. Then u need a personal trainer. Calf muscles do that to me
