It gets you "ripped" with whey protein which when taken after working out repairs your torn muscle tissues and helps u get stronger faster. (Take it after)
they got better asses then your skinny ass paris. paris know that skinny bony bodies are not sexy at all?
i strongly agree that grains really cause weight gains, because i tried before
Tough times are like physical exercise. You may not like it while you are doing it, but tomorrow you will be stronger because of it.
