Thank you very much for posting this exercises and updating the blog! =)I'm on my second week of exercises and I've got some questions for you: How often should I do these exercises? Because I'm doing them everyday and repeting each exercise 20 times, is it okay or I need more repetitions? Another question: I lift weights at the gym of around 15 pounds, does this will affect the way I will grow with these stretching exercises? And finally, In which week will I see the results? Thank you in advance

more than likly yes your body goes through a drmatic change once you r not pregant but it will go away in time!
