Way to crank through those pushups in one take, Sarah! You rock. Have you checked lately how many you can do in one minute?

  2. rachiesroom says:

  7. sogron007 says:

I thought you had to keep your hips down on plank meaning keeping your butt out of the air!

  8. Aloneincrowd2 says:

can we just do version 4 or we have to build from 1-4 each time we do this?

  9. chavamma says:

@MyMusic621 LOL thanks, anytime just that chemistry between them you could tell.(spoken from expierence)

  10. MyMusic621 says:

my god i can imagine myself twisting to the side and then falling over with my arm still in the air , good video.

  14. LivRossander says:

I hate that she is happy while doing that -.-

  15. Yourfoundations says:

Honestly… her body isn’t that great. I mean its good (more or less) but… considering she does this for a living… she is a little soft….

  16. moviedude22 says:

this is such an intuitive exercise because I was doing a set of push-ups just last week in the gym but right after I would roll my body and lift my arm like she is but more of a stretching motion and I really didn’t know why. who knew it had an alternate function

and she always smiles it’s encouraging to me

  17. SarahsFabChannel says:

@sounaaquarius how come you aren’t subscribed to my channel then ?! What are you waiting for… :)

  18. Erdbeerbowle says:

    @SarahsFabChannel

Huh… I’ll have to try that smiling technique the next time I’m doing a bench press or something. I’ll have this big grin stretched across my face while precariously balancing a ton of weight above my neck and chest :)

Anyways, these exercises look pretty cool. They look like something you could possibly incorporate into an “eight count body build” (or whatever you call them).

  19. helpingyou1000 says:

@thevintagelockett no, thats a myth, unless you want as thin arms as possible. the thing is, nobody thinks its ugly, unless u use steroids. when you use your body wheight your arms are going to stop growing at a point. if you want evident, look at zuzana,s movies =)

  20. mekaziona says:

That fourth version looked like it had you pushin hard. Thanks for the video:)

  21. getgorgeousnow says:

  26. xxslimjimtightxx says:

This is what I do at the gym as well. I include dumbbells though, because I need that extra challenge. These are great! There fun :D

  27. MsSimoneGotit says:

    @chavamma LMFAO!!!

  28. crazziii says:

    I don’t grin like that when I’m working out. . .

  29. dynastychick3 says:

Great exercise. Thanks! Do a similar thing in yoga but never repetitively like that. Muscles are burning!

  30. Canonindxxx says:

@Aloneincrowd2 not an expert; but : it really depends on ur personally physique and if your body’s fit and up for a challenge; preferably though if it’s ur first time doing the exercise u might wanna start with like version 1 or 2 ..again not an expert but just saying

  31. chavamma says:

  36. Rcolorado26 says:

  37. thevintagelockett says:

Don’t push ups and exercises like this make women look built instead of toned?

  38. akiramay says:

Love the varying difficulties so that everyone can do this move! :)

  45. marstoew says:

a slow twist is not harsh, its alittle step up for a regular snaffle bit. Try it out.

  46. sto says:
