On a hot Saturday afternoon we visited the Chiang Mai Sports Complex to get in a workout. This place has a huge track and field, swimming pool, tennis courts and fitness center. We did some running, stretching, body weight exercise and free movement. Getting outside and moving your body is one of the best way to overcome stagnation, depression, low-energy and anger.
