Mikey in the wrist strength in the Pick and Mix Challenge on Konkura

Mikey in the ‘Pick and Mix’ Challenge on Sport and Fitness. Here Mikey is completing the wrist twist as quickly as possible. The aim of the challenge is to do as many continuous push-ups, barbell curls, wrist twists, Australian Pull-ups and 160kgs leg press. This is a great set of exercises for upper and lower body strength and muscle building. Build big arms, legs, chest and core.
