   it's basically just drinking a lot of fluids and flushing out your system

   all you're "losing" is water from your body, not burning fat. don't people know that these "diets" don't work? losing weight is a lifestyle change, not a miracle drink

   The lemonade is the drink that ppl have during The Master Cleanse (you can find a lot of info on it on youtube). It’s a mixture of cayenne pepper (a pinch), organic maple syrup, fresh lemon juice (preferrably juiced from fresh organic lemons), and water. You go without eating or drinking nothing else but this drink for at least 10 days. You can continue for more than 10 days, with the maxium being 40 days. You also consume an herbal laxative tea to help cleanse you out. The salt water (flush) is optional cause you can just use the tea but I chose to use the tea at night and do the sea salt water flush in the morning…Thanks for your well wishes on the cleanse

   Okay, day 0. Drinking organic smooth Senna herbal laxative tea. For the Next 10 days, I will be on a liquid diet. No solids. Will post.

    not sensible. It is good to have the tea patti flavour and good for health. dont use any other flavours to diguise the patti flavour in it

    With my son I drank more caffeine then recommended. He was fine. 8lbs 1oz and born at 39 weeks.
