and im jealous, sheesh he should be my trainer.
@diethealth
Oh, thanks haha.
I think I have been doing these correctly, but I tend to fall back when I do them so I can never go down very far. XD
Sarah, you’re getting hotter and hotter everyday! whoot!
@pheonixphire it was really hard for me too, I cut out some of the shots of me falling! haha
turning the toes out at a 45 degree angle and then letting the knees track in the same trajectory as the toes (but not floating forward over the toes) would allow for a more natural squat. It will also eliminate the need to turn the head to the side and the off-balance feeling when against the wall as in this video.
it is so funny sarah is standing looking like alone and bored thinking why is he not talking to me…..coz the trainer is talking to the camera completely ignoring the lady..ha ha…sarah is looking here and there searching time to speak..ha a so funy
sarah your have a great . keep up the squating
So true, so many people don’t know how to squat properly.

Sarah, so I have recently started working out and following the exercises that are shown in your videos. I am doing them everyday, and I wanted to know approximately how long will it take for the effects to show on my body.
Thanks & Reply Soon

Interesting.
Thanks guys.
We’ve been doing this for years. Check out our video response. The reactions have been very positive after this three minute addition to all of our workouts. Thanks for sharing. Keep the clips coming.
The instructions and execution were very informative…however, I was able to view the demonstration as there was not a full body shot…
shes hot
@daiser720 You can tell her directly @SarahsFabChannel !
Hey. I learned to squat now, but when i did it against the wall, pretty close, i didnt get any knee pain, so thats good, but i felt a discomfort in my lower back, will it go away when i get used to squat or am i doing something wrong?
Looking great Sarah!
@romodrummerjz She’s like 26 and doesn’t have any kids. Get a life.

Sarah, love your vids, but please don’t look at Steven while biting your bottom lip, it will cause rumors… 3:22
