The way to lose weight long term is certainly a lifestyle change. Having said that, I think it is merits some further review. While going vegan is certainly a life changing experience, there is the danger of sticking to it as you are giving up some major food groups. On the healthy side you are eating better with the veggies and natural foods. The process needs to be gradual if you expect any success with this diet. It can be done, but it won’t be easy at the start.
