yea thats the perfect way to loose weight u should not deprive ur self from the foods u love because if u dont not let ur self eat it then eventually u will crave it and binge on it like crazy and that is not a good thing

My tips for you Trish:
1) Diet: eat 5-6 timers per day in the same hours. Pause between meals could be about 3 hours. Eat a lot of proteins and vegetables in every meal. Cut carbs but don’t at all. Eat full grain products like brown rice and rolled oats, groats, granary pasta and rye bread. Don’t eat sugar, cakes, cookies, and any sweets. Don’t eat fast foods. And don’t forget about eating the good-fats with omega-3 acid…

What I did was started taking pantothenic acid. It’s a B5 vitamin. But I took it in extremely high doses (10g) per day-originally to clear up my acne but it actually made me lose weight and helped improve stress levels. I went down to 84lbs (i’m only 4’11)
After watching this, i went for a run for an hour, and a swim for half an hour..and i havent really left the bed in a month… :-3

2) traning: go running 5-6 times a week, about 1 hour. You doing this – that’s good, because fat is start to burning after 20 minutes but watch your pulse (130-140 BPM) To better results do cruches after the running. Maybe “8 min ABS” ? Check it on youtube (the video with guy in blue shorts)
And thats enough, you don’t need to doing crunches twice a day. But to tone the body go to the gym and do traning with weights 3-4 time a day – 30-40 minutes plus 20 min intensive cardio or HIIT workout:)
