    Hey Michael, what do you think about losing weight on a recumbent exercise bike. The stationary kind of course. I do have muscle, and want to burn some fat off to show it better. Also, just asking, what muscle groups would the bike build?

    I always hate it when people are on their phones taking up a machine. So when I was logging on my phone I was always self-conscious that people would think I’m just texting and wasting time on a machine. Long story short…I switched to a small notebook and I actually find it easier to write in that and look at it visually than my phone. But that’s just me.
