The problem I have had is that exercise is rarely FUN. The time spent doing exercise is boring and, in my mind, unproductive.
Well, I do believe I have found the solution. I was at a sleepover for the teenagers this past weekend, and they were playing with Dance Dance Revolution. I immediately ordered my very own DDR with the dance mat. It should arrive very soon.
I can’t wait to get busy with DDR. The workout that I will no doubt get from trying to master the game will help me lose weight and will also be a great deal of fun.

Starting slow is key. From experience i know this is true for weight lifting. People often want to hit it hard right from the start. But nothing kills motivation like being sore for a week after working out your first day

I find that mountain biking or cycling is the best form of Exercise due to the fact that it can be made as part of your every day routine. General commutes to work, school or whatever! Exercise should never be boring, it should be an activity of your every day life…

For me, exercising is really a form of discipline. Its really hard to condition your mind to it regularly. That’s one of my biggest problem. However, I think that once you have adjusted your body clock and integrated the routine into your schedule, everything will flow smoothly.
BTW, thanks for the regular drops. I really appreciate it.
Cheers!
