I Am Fitness # 16 – Core Week 1 – Push-up to Lateral Leg Hold and Extension

Core week! – these vids are quick, but the exercise are both challenging and effective! As always when ever performing a push-up you want to have your hands over top of your chest, think and drive through as a unit. Hold your leg movement longer for added core, and or contraction of your gluteus.

    EXERSIZES:

    Lunges- Make your but increase muscle which makes your butt bigger.

    Squats- Make your but increase muscle which makes your butt bigger.
