Shadow boxing is a great exercise for losing weight and keeping fit. In this video I am working on a variety of combinations, starting with limited techniques and adding more options as I progress. I’m working on head movement, bobbing and weaving, keeping my guard up. Good balance with my footwork, changing angles and picturing an attacker in front of me.
