    sadly i have ac shoulder issues since following you last year buddy. 7 months of physio and still no good. i cant bench press or shoulder press. but making the most of what i can do like very strict flys and cable workouts to get a pump. i have also created my own 300 workout to suit my injury. just to keep my cardio and body fat in check. please if poss post a vid on how to train around a shoulder injury because 8 months baby and this aint going. i wake up in the morning in so much pain :-(

    Try the Yoga exercise of doing a head stand actually on your head (without using your hands).

    Do this slow and gradual over a long length of time.
