  4. Since you have strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, watermelon, these fruits are enough to make a fruit salad. Just add cream and milk to make it more delicious and tastier.

    Ummm, thats not healthy at all. Your body needs daily nutrients to operate. You also need calories to think and breath. Stay away from sugar carbs and youll be fine

    As a kid, exercise is needed. But as your 19, and a fairly small size, worry about it. Exercise is great, but too much can lead to serious injuries.
