People are so annoying. Nobody cares about what fatty snack you were eating while watching this vid. And every body is literally different. A certain amount of weight may look one way on her and another on somebody else. Why the hell would you unsubscribe because she changed something about herself? Idiots.
In rice eating societies, rice isnt a bad thing!!
The traditional Japanese diet was low fat,
rice, veggies, pickles, miso, seaweed
and people couldn’t afford much meat or fish….
a couple times a month!
My diets always consist of rice, veg ((close to raw)),
miso soups with loads of veg in it, LOADS of fruits,
onigiri with umeboshi in it ((plum))
and the only fish I get is from the dashi soup you use to
make miso soup. No fats, oils, no avocados..no meats!!

Can you make a video/vlog about some smoothies you make and some healthy breakfast/lunch/dinners you make also x

congratulations on the weight loss!! you look amazing right now but you werent too overweight when you were 9 stone either! you know whats weird aha.. i m 120 pounds which is a few pounds lighter than 9 stone and i look way way skinner than you were in 2007 . even at my heaviest which was 124, i still looked the same as I am right now, 120 pounds. just something really weird haha. i dont even have that much muscles since i haate working out and im also around the same height as you,5’4!
I completely agree with u about the gym – u sooo don’t need it to lose weight

thankyou for this. the hardest part about being healthy and losing excess weight for me is school. i always get hungry during class and i always feel stressed out so i grab junk food to make me feel ‘better’.
