@AdR1aN43 you can do the rower after back i wouldnt do HIIT style though, it should be done separate from your training preferably on a different day

@mattyfusaro i actually still get in my micros but people some people also on the bb.com fourms prefer to count caloires instead of macros as far as fat and carbs go. Still get one gram of protein per pound.

hey matty, i highly suggest watching a few crew videos or something like that to perfect the form on the erg, im on the crew team and efficiency on the erg is really important. ridiculous cardio routine though!
