My shoulders are too easily injured for that particular move… Would definitely have to work up to it.
no problem, its just your legs repairing themselves, make sure you have protein or find repairng HELL!
Cardio today was snow shoveling & fiddling w/ the snowblower. Why do I feel like I ran a marathon?Cant even think abt weight training,ugh!!
