Isolation exercises are silly in my experience. If people think this might benefit them, however, more power to them.

Thanks a mill for posting these videos, they are great and I’ve got loads of killer moves from them. Quick question though, I often find that moves such as push ups and the spiderman in this vid, put way too much strain on my wrists I can never do as many reps as I would like to because my wrists can’t take it. -Any suggestions??
