“Do anywhere” quick core exercises…do them with me :)

    I just went on my first run in 4 months…it felt good. Envisioning a strong left ankle and foot, a balanced body in alignment and POWER.

    Taking a break, meditating, or doing relaxation exercises to relieve any pressure on oneself and on the writing.

    This guy is totally correct. Core exercises (the superman one in particular) have pretty much eliminated by post-run backache. Just don’t go overboard on them – start gently!
