DC Training (DoggCrapp) Quads, Hamstrings, Calves, Bicep Day

This is footage from today’s DC workout. This is considered my “B” workout where I hit quads, hamstrings, calves and biceps. I end up hitting these muscles twice a week (every 4 days or so). DC training utilizes a lot of rest pause sets, where after finishing an exercise you rest briefly (10-12 deep breaths) before performing another set.     @CampbellFitness I would love to, but the gym is crowded whenever I go lift. I wouldn’t want to be that weirdo walking in with a tripod. I am going to to a breakfast video tomorrow, and possibly a home workout as well.
