    Much respect, they will only get better. Before April 1st 2013 I want a 335 bench, 530 deadlift and Squat of about 470-480 at about 182-185 lean.

    Was this a grammar error? You are MOST CERTAINLY supposed to keep your back straight, arched tight in fact, that would be correct form. On the 455 x 2 I slightly rounded which is technically incorrect, do NOT copy me!

    Thats a GREAT question, honestly DON`T overthink it. There are a MILLION factors that go into a lift. My number one advice when lifting heavy that works amazing for myself and others is NOT to over analyze. Get in the zone, secrete some crazy adrenaline and LIFT. If you miss….it happens. Next time you`ll get it :) . Focus your energy on the positive. I mean I couldn`t lift a serious weight for six months last year, THAT sucked, so now I`m grateful just for the opportunity to lift.

    hey chef question. dont you ever get scared of screwing up your back? sometimes i get nervous for my back when doing heavy weights for deadlift i feel like i might rip something even though im sure my form is pretty decent
