Sun Dried Tomatoes from Turkey Now on the Market

02.28.2010 – Fethiye, Turkey – The Sun dried tomatoes from the Southern Anatolian region of Turkey have been prepared using the same technique for 100’s of years. Drying seasonal vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers, aubergines and mushrooms have long been a way of life for the farming families as a way of preserving vegetables for year round consumption.

Fresh are tomatoes are sliced and placed in the hot sun on specially prepared surfaces on the flat roof tops and for several days until they are dry. This process is still common in many of the villages today but with the popularity of sun dried tomatoes as a tasty ingredient in the US and Europe the tomatoes are dried in much larger quantities and under strict quality controls.

The region of Fethiye is one of the largest tomatoe producing areas in Turkey and offers importers of sun dried tomatoes a great business opportunity capitalising of the low production and labour costs in Turkey. Now's the time to embrace new diet

Now's the time to embrace new diet

The season of Lent is the perfect time to consider a plant-based diet. this 40-day period preceding Easter is when Christians have traditionally abstained from meat and dairy in memory of Jesus’ 40 days of fasting and prayer before dying on the cross. such a gesture would be a tangible expression of Jesus’ message of compassion and love for all living beings.

Animals are being raised for food under abject conditions of caging, crowding, deprivation, drugging, mutilation, and manhandling. When trucked to slaughterhouses, they travel for days without food or water only to be bled, skinned, and dismembered while still conscious. Wastes from factory farms foul the water we drink and the air we breathe, and meat production accounts for 18 percent of greenhouse gases responsible for global warming. most chronic killer diseases are linked to consumption of animal products.

We have choices, and there are consequences: blessings and curses. We can continue to subsidize these sins against nature with every food purchase, or we can show our respect for Jesus’ message by accepting a wholesome, nonviolent diet of vegetables, fruits, and grains first mandated in Genesis I-29.

Detox Juicer Recipes – 3 Killer Juices of the Star's Weight Loss …

Do you ever wonder how the film and TV stars we see every day manage to keep so slim and trim? what do they do differently to you and I to help them maintain their incredible good looks?

Here you will learn 3 secret juices, that are a staple component of their everyday eating plans. The simplicity of this will startle you.

They combine their normal diet with three exotic fruit and berry juices, that are available to just about anyone. The reason they do this, is that they are well aware, that the start of a healthy slim body, is a body that is not clogged up with toxins.

So their primary method of success, is to firstly eliminate toxins, to enable the body to function at its optimum. then they are shrewd enough, to combine the toxin removing juices with those that also enhance their internal organ well being.

3 Such foods have achieved a reputation for being exceptional in this regard.

1. Noni-BerriesThese exotic berries, have the envious property of not only being a brilliant detoxifying agent, but also contains a large amount of dietary fiber as well as carbohydrates. all this aids in the elimination process. A high vitamin C count provides additional protection from infections.

3. Mangosteen – “The Super fruit” Branded as a miracle functional food since its rise in popularity, this is another exotic fruit that is again a great antioxidant, with high fiber and carbohydrate content. Detox Cleansing Diet Pomegranate Salad Recipe | Recipes For

Detox Cleansing Diet Pomegranate Salad Recipe | Recipes For

This Detox Cleansing Diet Pomegranate Salad Recipe is quick and easy to make. I think you will also find, as I have, that this slad recipe is very refreshing and invigorating.

Here is what you need to gather:

Some dark green lettuce, I used Romain Hearts here.

Some Celery, a few to several

A small Green Pepper.

Can you see where I am going with this? are you starting to feel hungry?

2 of the major parts of this are powerfull detoxifiers.

Pomegranate is certainly one of the strongest detoxifiers and after I read from a study in Japan that after drinking 8 oz of Pomegranate for 1 year the people had redused the build up of plaque on their arteries by 20% I am looking for more ways to include Pomegranate in my diet.

chlorophyll is what makes plants green. The darker the green the more chlorophyll is there.

There are many known benefits of chlorophyll including:

• it has been seen to help in the growth and repair of tissues.

• Chlorophyll helps in neutralizing the pollution that we breathe in and intake everyday – a good supplement for smokers

• it efficiently delivers magnesium and helps the blood in carrying the much needed oxygen to all cells and tissues.

• it is also found to be useful in assimilating and chelating calcium and other heavy minerals.

• it had been seen to have a good potential in stimulating red blood cells to improve oxygen supply.

• along with other vitamins such as a, C and E, chlorophyll has been seen to help neutralize free radicals that do damage to healthy cells.

• Chlorophyll is also an effective deodorizer to reduce bad breath, urine, fecal waste, and body odor.

• it may reduce the ability of carcinogens to bind with the DNA in different major organs in the body.

• Chlorophyll may be useful in treating calcium oxalate stone ailments

• it possesses some anti-atherogenic activity as well.

• it can be used to treat infected wounds naturally.

• these are only a few of the multitude benefits that chlorophyll can do to the body.

• it has antimutagenic and anti-carcinogenic properties so that it may be helpful in protecting your body against

Now on with our lovely salad.

I like to just chop the Romaine, celery, and pepper into a bowl then add the Pomegranate ofer that.

I take a fresh whole pomegranate and cut it in half, then into wedges. that seems to be the easiest way to get the little pomegranate pieces out. I use a fork and just flip them right into the bowl. I add no oil since the Pomegranate provides lots of nice flavor. I find the fresh Pomegranate less tart than many of the juices. I am not sure why that is. Look for my post when I do a fresh juicing of these. I think they will go good with the grapes.

I am starting work on a whole book of recipes, though I think it may take a while since I develop my recipes one at a time by experimenting

Sugar Free Recipes For a Candida Diet

Sugar Free Recipes For a Candida Diet

This article will a little bit show you a sugar free recipes for candida diet. do you know what the best treatment to cure your candidiasis is? I have seen many people who suffer candidiasis whether they have it for just couple months or have been dealing with it for years. Among those people, a portion has made a huge success in getting rid of the candida. and from these success people, most of them get their candida cured because of the combination of both natural treatment and drugs or antifungal drugs.

The best natural treatment available is to take the candida diet. It will remove the candida. The problem now is how you can control your food for the diet. Many book recipes are actually available on bookstore. Although only a few of them focus on candida diet foods, but at least they are available. a one case below is just one tiny example on how you can make your own food to adjust your candida diet.

I have a friend, who is a mother of a daughter, she and her daughter have candida. They are looking for a bread or muffin or roll recipe that is yeast, sugar, gluten and milk free. so they need suggestions. so having that question, below is what I suggest them. a simple, tasty morning crepes recipe:

Grind up 1/3 cup whole oats in a blender or food processor, mix in 1/3 cup unsweetened soy milk and 1 egg. Make enough for 2 crepes. Pour it on a hot non-stick fry pan with butter or oil then sprinkle extra oats on top and cook on each side until golden.

You can add stevia, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, or whatever to the batter. I like it with stevia-sweetened yogurt on top, but you can use whatever topping conforms to your diet. I imagine you could also use these crepes to wrap up some steamed veggies (like asparagus) for a dinner.

In this article, we will cover recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

South Beach Breakfast Ideas

One of my personal favorites for breakfast are the low carb pancakes. If you have a problem letting the carbs go, these pancakes will fill you up and keep your diet on the right path.

Heres how you make the Low Carb South Beach pancakes:

1 cup almond flour (Heres the secret)

cup of water

2 tablespoons of oil

teaspoon of salt

1 T sweetener

Mix them together just like normal pancakes. the one difference you will notice is that they dont bubble up like most pancakes do. Dont forget the nonstick pan with light oil.

South Beach Diet Lunch Ideas

Lunch is always fun. most people need something they can pack for the road. the one meal I have found easy to make and quite tasty is the BLT Wrap. Make sure you toss the bread and use the lettuce as the wrap.

BLT Wrap Ingredients:

3 slices of bacon, cook until crispy and chop

2 tablespoons of mayo (regular is fine)

cup of raw chopped up tomatoes

Black pepper or seasoning

Green Lettuce

Mix everything up in a bowl with some pepper or other seasoning. I have tried it with cayenne and it wasnt too bad. Take the mix and spoon it into the lettuce. Wrap it up and you have yourself a tasty BLT without the baggage.

South Beach Diet Dinner Ideas

Wheres the beef. ok, so you might be starving by now so this recipe is sure to meet your palates needs. this meal is great for grilling as well.

Pepper Beef Tenderloin Ingredients:

1 pound of beef tenderloin

tablespoon of minced garlic

2 tablespoons minced shallots

tablespoon of fresh minced rosemary

1 teaspoon of salt

1 tablespoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon orange zest

2 tablespoons olive oil

cup pearl onions

The trick to this recipe is to preparing the onions and sauce just right. Bring the water to a boil and boil the onions for a few minutes, then drop them into cold water. then, take a skillet and heat up the olive oil and throw the shallots in for a couple minutes. Before you throw the beef on the grill, take the olive oil and rub the beef down.

Now take the pepper, salt, rosemary, orange zest, and garlic, mix it together and put the mix on the tenderloin. Now you are ready to throw the meat on the BBQ. Make sure you preheat the BBQ and sear both sides keeping the juices in. best served medium rare, or to your liking.

Now you have no excuses to now stick to the diet. the above recipes are easy and will keep you satisfied on your journey to losing weight.
