    Would anyone recommend also doing decline bench and [reverse grip in addition to flat bench to work different parts of the pecs?

    It really doesn’t take alot to make your pecs grow. I got really good results with just doing flat bench and wide-grip gironda style dips.

    I would pay for that, imagine it, Schwartz lifting, Springtime star jumps, Frankenstein Flat Bench presses, the possibilities are endless.
