If your doing more then 10 a set try putting pull up’s later in your back workout (i.e. – last rather then fisrt). Or adding weight with a belt/medicine ball/etc.
I love interval workouts, especially using the incline! and planks!!

same here, usually it’s because if I’ve done my back workout with enough intensity then my biceps are trashed and I can’t do more than a set of curls anyway.
