@almmo324 Hey man. here’s wht u do. Go to the gym 3-4 days a week. Weight train for 45 mins, do compound exercises n take a day off every other day. after u finish weight training, get on the trademill n do a brisk walk for 15-30 mins. Nutrition is going to be the key. Each 4-6 small meals n include some lean meat with slow digesting carbs on each meal. Stay away from eating a lot of carbs. Eat good fats like nuts. get a good 8 hr sleep. Thts it man u going to get lean n mucular. Good luck !!!
