    but my goals changed,
    some people want to be as strong and tough as possible,
    and some people just want to look good without the risk of a injury with 400lb squat..
    so its different to different people

    @Ady00pk People hate on him because they are haters. His advices are great, youtube-users just diss him out of ignorance… I’ve been bodybuilding for 5-6 years now, and I agree with his advices. Look at all the hater here, they don’t comment on what he actually says, they just say his an idiot (without any arguments at all), which makes themselves look like idiots.

    @Hindusht it probably only hurts because your muscles are too weak to support the weight; try looking for wrist supports. I’ve seen a few people where them at the gym to help them grind out their last few.

    @Connor391 yeah i know what you mean, I sometimes also find i get a lot of compression along the bone in my forearm leading to very nasty pains as soon as i releasing my grip on the barbell..

    If its hurting so much you can’t do a set then maybe you should look into an alternative, If not then just man up and take the pain :p
