Are You Ready to Wear Your Best Swimsuit on the Beach?

When the sun begins to heat up, a whole new range of fashion possibilities- skimpy, revealing, and figure-hugging begin to roll in.  It doesn’t stop women from squeezing into those trendy swimsuits and rushing to the nearest beach; more than that she has the exciting prospect of showing off her new and expensive swimsuit.  But it’s not the suit that matter; it’s your body that count!

According to a fitness instructor if you’re planning to wear a swimsuit, your body has to stand intense scrutiny on the sand.  Unless you don’t mind being mistaken as a stranded penguin then take steps to have a more fetching figure.  Watch what you put in your mouth and engage in a realistic exercise plan.

A fitness expert shares practical and pain-free diet that help you stay fit and boost confidence in wearing your colorful two-piece bikini on the beach:

Concentrate on your food.  while you eat don’t read.  Don’t stand up and move around; don’t watch TV either.  according to researchers just eat, not concentrating on your food makes it much less satisfying and which makes you keep on eating when you really should be full.  Eat slowly and chew your food thoroughly.  Research shows that food eaten quickly may be more readily stored as fats.

Don’t skip breakfast.  Research shows that people who skip meals, breakfast especially, may have lower metabolism rates.  You turn on your body’s calorie-burning engines early in the day by eating breakfast.

Drink plenty of water. Water helps fill you up during and between meals according to research.  It is a wonder aid to weight loss.  The more water you drink, the more water you flush out of your system.  Water counteracts constipation and cleanses the body too.

Stay away from snack food and take vitamins.  Snack items are not really food.  They are low in nutrition, high in calories and only gives you unwanted fat.  take vitamins instead says a doctor.  By taking vitamins you won’t lose more weight but you will get the proper balance of nutrients to  keep you in top shape while you lose weight.

Eat at least three meals a day. You want to consider dividing your meals by eating say five or four smaller meals a day.  Smaller meals help your metabolism run smoothly according to medical doctors,  a hearty lunch can power you through the rest of the day.  with a full stomach, you’re less likely to take a snack.  Eat a smaller meal at night because you burn off less calories during the night according to dietician.

Get enough sleep. Sometimes we eat not because we’re hungry but because we’re sleepy. we consciously think that eating will give us more energy and wake us up.  But next time if you’re thinking of eating because you’re sleepy ask yourself first and why not do the other way around, take a nap.

Avoid alcohol. Light head and heavy calories are all you get from alcohol.  a twelve-ounce glass of wine averages 150 calories.  When you drink alcohol your body feels unsatisfied so you end up eating according to a research.

Forget and don’t even call it a diet. The word "diet" to others, conjures visions of torture and misery.  It is advisable to think of a diet not as a deprivation but freeing yourself of unwanted fat so as you hear a wolf whistles when you stride the sand in your best skimpy bikini.
