    That's extremely unethical behavior on the part of the instructor. You should certainly address it with his employer. He deserves to lose his job.

    Sounds like you should work on exercises that work your adonis belt.
    Do:
    -Lower ab/oblique exercises.
    -Lower your body fat %
    -Diet with high protein, moderate carbs, little/no fat

    but not exactly effective to most fit guys..
