    If you don’t want to upload a 20-30 minute vid, I think it would help to put the number of reps or amount of time we’re supposed to do the exercise/move on the screen as soon as you start doing it.

    I REALLY like these videos, but I have a bit of constructive criticism/an idea if that’s cool. I get wanting to condense these down to make them short, but really it just makes it to where we can’t do the moves with you like a normal 20-30 minutes (or however long) exercise video where a person talks you through a workout & you do it with them. It’s hard to watch, pause, time myself and keep a good rhythm going. I end up making a list instead of watching the vid over and over to do it with you!
